By-Laws and Guidelines
The College of Psychologists of New Brunswick is a self-regulated body established by The By-Laws. The Council may make by-laws that are consistent with the Act and the regulations, respecting the conduct of the affairs of the College. |
Code of Ethics
CPNB has adopted the Canadian Psychological Association Code of Ethics as its own ethical standards for the conduct of licensed psychologists and interim members (Residents in psychology). |

Code of Conduct
Regulatory rules of a Code of Conduct protect the public welfare by assuring that the client of a licensed psychologist can have a reasonable, legally protected, understanding of the rules that will govern the professional's behavior in the professional relationship. |
